Airdrie’s Empty Bowls Arts Festival promises an amazing array of work. One of the more unusual artists is Samreen Junaid, who specializes in the application of henna.
This is an example of the beautiful designs that can be created with this non-permanent dye.
Samreen says: “Traditional Glimpse is all about the beauty of henna, traditional/fashion jewelry, Pashmina stores, hand crafted greeting cards and more.”
The Arts Festival is Saturday June 23 at Nose Creek Park, from 11 to 5 pm. Come say hello! 😉
